How to prepare Excel files without errors
Use one student per row. Keep the heading row first, Student ID unique, and avoid merged cells, blank heading rows and formulas. Save as XLSX or CSV. For ID photos, name each image exactly like its Student ID (example: STU001.jpg). Test the first three previews before bulk printing. The samples contain fictional data—delete it before use.
