Turnaround
Turnaround begins after the specification, artwork, payment requirement and proof are confirmed. Product complexity, quantity and finishing affect the schedule.
Selected standard products may support same-day dispatch after confirmation. It is not a universal guarantee.
Delivery and collection
Availability and charges are confirmed for the delivery address or collection plan. Estimates may change because of production, traffic, courier or events outside reasonable control.
Receiving an order
- Provide a reachable phone number and accurate address.
- Inspect packaging and quantity as soon as practical.
- Report visible damage or shortage promptly with photographs and the order reference.
