Artwork and Proof Policy
File preparation, rights, proof approval and print variation requirements.

File preparation
Supply final-size artwork with suitable resolution, bleed, fonts and colour settings. The quick website upload limit may be 1 MB; larger files can be shared through the support channel agreed with the team.
Rights and permissions
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce every logo, image, font, trademark and other element.
Proof approval
Check spelling, numbers, dimensions, layout and content before approval. Production normally follows the approved proof, so customer-approved errors may require a paid reprint.
Print variation
Screens and printing processes reproduce colour differently. Reasonable variation can occur between displays, proofs, print runs, materials and finishing processes.
