Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address and phone number.
• Order, delivery, billing and artwork information you choose to provide.
• Technical information needed for security, diagnostics and service operation.

How information is used

We use information to provide quotes, manage accounts and orders, review artwork, coordinate delivery, prevent abuse and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information.

School spreadsheets and student result records

ID Card and Result Card generation processes spreadsheets locally in the browser by default. Selecting a spreadsheet or generating a print file does not automatically send student records to CallToPrint.

An authorized school representative can separately request private spreadsheet sharing for the school printing service. Before submission, we display the purpose, access controls and 90-day access limit, and ask for explicit authorization. CallToPrint administrators receive a notification containing an admin-only sign-in page link, not the student file itself.

We use voluntarily shared school files only for the institution-authorized ID card or result preparation, proof corrections and approved reprints. Files are not used for unrelated marketing, sold or shared through public download links. The school can request access or deletion at hellocalltoprint@gmail.com. Secure sharing remains disabled unless retention enforcement is verified.

Service providers and retention

The service may use Firebase, Vercel, email and WhatsApp to operate account, hosting and support workflows. These providers process information under their own applicable terms.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service, legal, tax, security and dispute-handling purposes.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, contact hellocalltoprint@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
