Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before production

Ask for cancellation as soon as possible. If prepress, design, material procurement or production has not started, the team will review the request and confirm any applicable charge.

After work starts

Custom print and design work is generally not cancellable after approved work, material procurement or production has started. Costs already incurred may be deducted where a cancellation is accepted.

Quality or specification issue

Report a suspected CallToPrint production error promptly with the order reference, photographs and a description. The team may inspect the goods before approving reprint, correction, credit or refund.

A difference caused by approved artwork, screen-to-print colour variation, customer-supplied errors or normal manufacturing tolerance is reviewed against the confirmed specification.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through a mutually agreed method. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside CallToPrint control.
