Quotes and order confirmation

Website information is a starting point. Material, size, quantity, finish, artwork, price and turnaround are confirmed before production.

An enquiry, design request or uploaded file does not by itself create a paid order.

Payment

Payment is currently confirmed through the payment method agreed with the CallToPrint team. The website does not claim an automatic payment gateway where one is not active.

Customer responsibility

• Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and specification details.
• Review and approve proofs carefully before production.
• Use only content and artwork you are legally allowed to reproduce.

Service availability

We may refuse, pause or cancel work that is unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable or inconsistent with these terms. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
