Guide 01

Print-ready artwork checklist

A short preflight routine that catches the most common file problems before production review.

Upload Artwork
  1. Check 1

Set the document to the final printed size and add 3 mm bleed where artwork reaches the edge.

  2. Check 2

Use images at roughly 300 DPI at final size; enlarging a small image does not restore detail.

  3. Check 3

Prepare colour in CMYK when possible and share exact brand references for colour-sensitive work.

  4. Check 4

Embed or outline fonts, then check every name, number, price, date and QR code in the exported file.

  5. Check 5

Export a high-quality PDF and keep the editable source file available in case a correction is needed.

Production note

Bleed, colour and export requirements can vary by product. The production team confirms the final specification before printing.

  1. Check 1

Everyday documents usually prioritise easy writing, folding and economical repeat printing.

  2. Check 2

Flyers and inserts often need a balance of colour reproduction, stiffness and distribution weight.

  3. Check 3

Cards, covers and tags generally benefit from heavier stock where durability and hand-feel matter.

  4. Check 4

Matte finishes reduce glare and feel understated; gloss finishes increase shine and colour contrast.

  5. Check 5

Uncoated stock is easier to write on, while laminated surfaces provide extra handling protection.

Production note

These are decision principles, not fixed stock promises. Availability, grain, shade, lamination and exact GSM are confirmed during quote review.

Guide 03

Bulk-order planning checklist

Complete specifications reduce quote revisions and make production and delivery scheduling more reliable.

Request Bulk Quote
  1. Check 1

List each product, final size, quantity, material, printing sides and finishing requirement separately.

  2. Check 2

Mention all artwork versions, language changes, branch names or variable details before approval.

  3. Check 3

Share the required delivery date, Mumbai pincode and whether dispatch is single or split across locations.

  4. Check 4

Confirm who will approve the proof and how quickly corrections can be returned.

  5. Check 5

For repeat work, identify the expected reorder cycle so batches can be planned without assuming stock or price.

Production note

Bulk pricing and turnaround are reviewed manually. Production starts only after specifications, artwork, quote and delivery timing are approved.
