How it works

Upload XLSX or CSV
Use your existing student or employee spreadsheet. The first row becomes the field list.
Upload photo folder
Photos are matched by Student ID, Employee ID, admission number, roll number or another selected column.
Upload your ID design
Use a PNG, JPG or WEBP card design and drag spreadsheet fields into the correct positions.
Generate and print
Download individual PNG cards in a ZIP or an A4 print-ready PDF, then order printing from CallToPrint.
Private by default
Spreadsheet rows, photos and design artwork are processed locally in the customer browser. The generator does not create a Firestore record or upload student data to Storage.
Ready for CallToPrint production
After checking the generated PDF, customers can continue to the existing bulk-order flow for material, quantity, finishing and delivery confirmation.
